javascript - Is it possible... Are there any tutorials avaialble.. For building a sharepoint Add-in without Visual Studio -


my employer uses sharepoint 2013 , group uses few sp subsites various projects. want build add-in want without investing in visual studio. want able bundle our add-in , hand on sharepoint admins publish on our sites (or ourselves if possible)

  1. is possible build , package add-in without vs?
  2. are there tutorials available cover this? haven't found yet
