dll - Best way to communicate to Catia via Browser -


i have question , hoping maybe me out. built api communicate between catia (cad-application) , browser can create parts/products read , write parameters etc.

one of problems way know via activex don't wanna forces use ie11. since catiav5 pretty old software there won't elegant way use via sort of restful api or similar.

since i've been working javascript while now, did apps phones have no idea browser extensions question this. possible write chrome extension uses com dlls , enables me set connection piece of software (in case catia) , work it. npapi plug-ins solution problem looks information found it's supposed being phased out.

do think it's still worth looking deeper , studying on writing such npapi app or there maybe more elegant way can think of?
