I cannot enable Youtube Analytics API at Google Developers Console -


i following guidelines google use youtube analytics api.

i have created credentials written , tried enable youtube analytics api, keep getting following error message:

the api "youtubeanalytics.googleapis.com" doesn't exist or don't have permission access it

i thought odd because can enable every other apis except one, can help?
