Unable to uninstall Oracle 11g Database Express Edition -


i attempting uninstall oracle 11g database , reinstall because of errors. on windows 10 , uninstalling control panel. however, uninstall window got closed toward end , when go control panel, still shows entry "oracle database 11g express edition" of 527 mb.

now doesn't let me uninstall anymore, gives me error "1628: failed complete installation.".

i have tried reinstalling software using oracle universal installer gives options repair , remove. clicking repair or clicking remove gives "error 1605: action valid products installed."

how can reinstall database?
