database - is this better design with use Angular2 with TIBCO rest and EMS? -


i have group of people enforce design structure use angular2 app separate , rest of take care tibco rest, ems, database. doubt : correct approach? suggesting use angular2+spring+database , combination trigger specific ems job needs done , ems in place. current tibco code massy , hard manage , new approach can go in proper design way should be. please me inputs merits , demerits of angular2 + tibco (no java @ all)? please consider maintainability, penetration, release, versioning of changes(team doesn't manage tibco ems versioning). in advance..
