User's Outlook 2007 data files randomly removed -


within our network infrastructure utilize 2007 exchange server our domain.

today faced situation user has ms office 2010 x64 , utilized outlook 2010 called me , stated "saved items" inbox missing. remoted system , sure enough 1 of mailboxes not present.

it's easy enough "fix" adding data file again located on network share f:..\mailxxx.pst

this user has multiple mailboxes way view archived data.

located in shared folder there additional .pst files remained accessible user.

this appears happen randomly , has happened @ least 1 other time same user, , 1 time separate user has data on same share.

thoughts?

microsoft not support pst files on network drive. recipe disaster.
