How would one create an algorithm class like the algorithm used to choose a random number in java? -


i'm not asking code random number algorithm is, believe prng, psuedorandom number generator:

how random number algorithm generator code, use same class structure concrete class in java instance variables, default constructors, overload constructors, getmethods, methods, tostring, or code these algorithms different way? in addition, wondering if there specific programs 1 use create algorithm class?

note: also, know there lot of algorithms out there, when looking answer, if end needing answer. great if java algorithms or common type of algorithms in general, not random ones. again!
