oracle11g - Oracle 11g OFM reports service issue -


at work place have installed , configured ofm - oracle forms , reports. thing working fine except report service. when report called, web page shows trying load page, nothing happens. cannot logs em view if report taking time.

we have restart wls_reports service resolve reports can generated.

default configuration 1 engine , limited cache size, had updated following image displays.

can guide in situation, thing particular in log file or caused error in report???
