Upgrade from Dynamics CRM 2011 (partner-hosted) to Dynamics 365 -


we want upgrade 1 of our clients system dynamics crm 2011 (partner-hosted) dynamics 365 online. 1 approach upgrade our system in following order:

dynamics crm 2011 dynamics crm 2013
dynamics crm 2013 dynamics crm 2015
dynamics crm 2015 dynamics crm 2016
dynamics crm 2016 dynamics 365

are there third party tools or firms can upgrade our system dynamics 365 database in manner suggested above?

suppose our database upgraded dynamics crm 365, microsoft use database , provide running dynamics 365 online instance? please suggest.
