first, need 2 arduino unos esp8266 module installed communicate each other?

i want transmit ultrasonic value 1 arduino uno another. thank answering question.

there no need of arduino comunicate 2 esp8266 modules. maybe can read ultrasonic value esp , send or internet. check tutorial maybe useful.
